The postdigital turn: Philosophy, education, research

چکیده

This article develops a post-determinist and post-instrumentalist understanding of education educational research through the lens postdigital theory. We begin with historicizing current by showing its intellectual ancestry recognizing rapidly changing nature. move on to state art, which we present in three wide themes. The first theme is great convergence various lower-level techno-scientific convergences, such as analogue–digital, physics–biology, biology–information, results new epistemologies, ontologies practices. second some consequences for pedagogy, result ecopedagogies. third research, reconfigured towards closer collaboration between traditional scientific fields disciplines. briefly outline four reconfigurations (multidisciplinary, interdisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity, antidisciplinarity) their implications. concludes brief list directions future work field.
